For the past year, Priscilla Presley has been accessible and visible at events in Memphis. Here at Graceland, she participates for the first time in the Proclamation of "Elvis Presley Day" held on January 8. Elvis would have been 73 that day. This is good for her and for Elvis fans. She is not a distant, mythical figure any longer. The day before, she even took questions from the audience at the Fan Club president's meeting, including mine. I hope she continues to visit.
